Who We Are

ProWise Construction was established on the foundation of ProWise Engineering Inc., a multi-discipline firm providing structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and piping stress engineering, along with site plan approvals and permits. That foundation shapes how we build. We deliver commercial fit-outs, industrial renovations, phased construction in active facilities, and new-build projects across the GTA and Ontario, from early planning through to turnover.
- We know the trades. Years of engineering work on active job sites have shown us which subcontractors deliver in this market. We award each scope to trades with a proven record, not just the lowest number.
- Engineers on quality control. In-house engineers carry out quality control and field inspections, so work is checked against the design intent before it gets covered up.
- One team from design to field. Our design and construction management teams work inside the same group. RFIs, design changes, and site issues go straight to the people responsible, without being relayed between separate firms.
We work directly with owners, developers, and facility managers, and we share project numbers in plain language throughout the build.

Structural review, PSHSR, MEP design, and permits are confirmed before trades are booked or crews arrive on site. Starting ahead of the design leads to idle crews and rework, so we sequence the job to avoid both.
